These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ad Revenue Dashboard mobile application and related services ("App") provided by 2Pens Media ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula . In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls only with respect to use of the App on Apple devices.
The App offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions:
A 7-day free trial is offered on both plans for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iOS Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
To use the App you must create an account or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may connect third-party ad network accounts (such as Google AdMob or AppLovin) to the App. You represent that you are authorized to grant the App read-only access to the reporting data in those accounts. You can disconnect any ad network at any time from within the App.

The App and all associated content, trademarks, and logos are owned by 2Pens Media or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right or license to use our intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Revenue figures shown in the App are pulled from third-party ad networks and may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change by those networks. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Pens Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
